What is needed to prepare the property for the photographer?

The property should be tidy and clean as it should be for any showing. All preparations should be finished prior to your scheduled appointment time. Keep in mind that everything from ceiling to floor will be visible. Please check to assure that all lamp and light fixtures are in working condition because a well lit home presents itself best. Our photographers will make further adjustments to assure that the best lighting is used

How long will it take to shoot my Virtual Tour?

It will take approximately 30-60 minutes to shoot a residential property. This is also dependent upon how many scenes are being captured. The home should be 100% ready to shoot as soon as the photographer arrives.

Do I need to be present for the Virtual Tour Shoot?

We suggest that either the homeowner, agent, or Virtual Tour purchaser be present at the scheduled appointment. This will ensure that the Virtual Tours and photographs that are taken meet your needs. All of our photographers are professionals that will not require direction. However, there are special features and needs for every property that we would not want to miss.

When will my Virtual Tour be online?

In most cases, your Virtual Tour will be published within two business days following your Virtual Tour session.

Does Haseltine-Photo work in my area?
